“We’re always looking for artists who are launching big tours, who have albums coming out, and who across the board are making news and who have big things coming,” she explains.

The lawyer for a woman shot during a raid by an elite counter-terrorism unit has criticised the officers for not wearing body cameras to record the operation.
The 21-year-old was shot last Thursday during the storming of a house in Willesden, north-west London.
After being treated in hospital for three days she was arrested on suspicion of planning a terrorist attack, as were eight other people.
The incident is being investigated by the Independent Police Complaints Commission. The police watchdog issued its first substantive statement on its inquiry on Thursday but declined to say whether the woman shot was armed or not. “We are unable to verify that information at this stage,” an IPCC spokesperson said.
In several previous police shooting cases the IPCC had said by this stage whether a gun had been found.
The raid on the property on Harlesden Road was carried out by counter-terrorism specialist firearms officers, and it is believed to be the first time they have opened fire during an operation.
The Metropolitan police have said they want as many officers as possible to wear body cameras so investigations into contentious operations can be speeded up by video recordings of events.
Imran Khan, the solicitor for the woman shot during the raid, said: “It is concerning that … firearms officers were not wearing body-worn video.
“Officers should ensure they have a body-worn video for their protection and the public’s, so we know what happened. What explanation is there for not wearing body cameras?”
The explanation appears to be that the deployment of armed officers began as a covert operation. Video recorded by witnesses shows five loud bangs as officers fire CS gas into the property and later shoot the woman. Their deployment in the area had started before this video and as yet police chiefs have not found a way to give covert officers cameras discreet enough not to blow their cover.

The infantry and alternative arts are not natural allies, but for the first time in the Edinburgh festival’s 70-year history, the British army is playing host to the fringe.
A reservists’ drill hall, which once boasted its own rifle range, is being turned into a venue for the festival in August, complete with army ushers, squaddies serving drinks in the mess and an army tuck shop selling ice cream in the interval.
The events are being organised by one of the city’s most radical arts centres, Summerhall. The sprawling complex, housed in a former veterinary school, describes itself as a cultural village and stages avant-garde arts while housing a microbrewery, gin distillery, digital startups and yoga classes.
Verity Leigh, Summerhall’s programme manager, said the work would focus on “the human beings behind the uniform. That is an interesting subject for artistic inquiry, and will be interesting for our audiences to have an insight into.”
The festival’s most famous association with the armed forces has been the Edinburgh tattoo, a traditional, militaristic pageant of precision marching, pipe bands and acrobatic motorbike displays held every year in a temporary amphitheatre on the esplanade of Edinburgh Castle.
The venue for the new venture is far more humble: a Royal Regiment of Scotland reservists’ centre called Hepburn House on the eastern edge of the New Town, where infantry recruits gathered during the first and second world wars.
The full programme at the venue will be released by Summerhall this month, but one of its main events will be an army-sponsored piece of performance theatre following the lives of new recruits called 5 Soldiers: The Body that is the Frontline, which earned a five-star review from the Observer.
Lt Col Gordon McKenzie, a full-time reservist, said the collaboration with Summerhall was part of a British army strategy to broaden its appeal and support, particularly when deep cuts in personnel numbers meant even fewer people had regular contact with the army.
